At the first look Coal House seems to be a barber shop, but I was very pleased to find out that they offer services for ladies as well. If you are looking for a fancy saloon, than this is not for you, but if you are looking for professionalism, attention to details and a great hairstyle, then I highly recommend it. Thank you Katie. Definitely will return as soon as my hair will need a refresh.”

“Really excellent florist, we've been going to a slightly closer place for years now, but have been dissatisfied with their flowers. We thought we'd give this place a try, and we were blown away. We've have 2 bunches off of them now, mother's day and a birthday, and they are magnificent. They did exactly what we asked for and they have well outlasted the other florists flowers. We are so happy to have found this place and will not go anywhere else now.”

“Great venue Have been here three times now. Two wedding that were somehow different to each other but both absolutely lovely. The third was a 21st birthday party. Staff are excellent and food great. Venue has always been beautifully decorated for the event. Comfy spots to get away from the music if needed. Clean toilets. Stayed in rooms once. Nice rooms but did need upgrading when we stayed 6 years ago, but think this may have now been addressed as they have had a refit, however, cannot confirm this.”

“We visited the restaurant on Xmas Eve, great atmosphere. Our waitress all evening was Jo, she was really helpful when it came to knowing the menu, my husband had the lamb, which he loved, I had the sea bass and was looking forward to the flower pot afters, Jo even checked to make sure there were still some left. We didn’t just get left, but we were asked were our courses ok and whether we wanted any more drinks. A great time was had by all. Thank you”

“Have seen many different, Physios, Osteopaths and Chiropractors over the years and always felt like, although my symptoms were being treated they never helped me understand the cause if the issue. Sam not only treats the injury, he gets right to the cause of it and then gives you the tools to manage and correct it going forward. I had immediate improvements after my first treatment which enabled me to get back to training. A few suggested tweaks from Sam and anther appointment and I'm back to 100%. Can't recommend the clinic highly enough. There is no up selling or push for further unnecessary appointments, like I've experienced previously with some other clinics. I'm currently booked back in in 6 months for a maintenance appointment.”

“It was Mother’s Day, we were just passing and decided to have a look. It was very busy and fully booked for lunch but the staff were very helpful. We had a pot of excellent tea and soft drinks for the children, sitting on very comfy sofas. Staff were attentive, answered our questions and showed us the menu. We were all very impressed. Food looked iamazing. Great menu with lots of choice including plenty of vegetarian options. Prices were very reasonable too. We will definitely be returning for lunch.”

“I called other day Megan was great and ordered me the timber ,she then told me delivery could be 2 days time and they will call me half n hour before. The delivery guy was very helpful and unloaded all the timber and put on my forecourt ,I've since cut the longer pieces in half to get in my shop ready for my project thank you.”

“I often visit during the weekend when supporting young adults with autism the team are kind and supportive and very accommodating to what ever random food requests are made. The warm family welcome has made our young adults comfortable to order independently and to sit and eat. The food options are varied and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend for SEN families to visit for a meal and wander around the garden centre.”

“This vets — unlike many others in busy town settings — is easy to drive to just outside Romford and near Upminster. Set in quiet pretty countryside On the edge of a farm, there is plenty of easy free parking and a lovely relaxed clean-air atmosphere. I need this calmness when I take my anxious pet for attention! The staff are professional and caring . They seem to be up with the latest knowledge in what your pet needs and I am very happy that my cat Pixie now gets probably better attention than I do!
