"I often go in to this Costa to pick up my lunch and on many occasions a lady called Irina is patiently teaching junior members of staff. She manages to juggle teaching, dealing with customers and manning the phone with a smile on her face. She is clearly the most experienced staff member in there and really deserves a shout out for her great customer service, patience and hard work. Without Irina I would be giving a much lower rating. Costa do not lose her!!"
