From the beginning their service has been bespoke and personable yet a remains competitive to the current market and this has been key for us. “Nice little cafe with free Wi-Fi, excellent choices of cakes, croissants and a number of other things to go with a great cappuccino or espresso. Very friendly staff members who ask if there are any nut allergies when serving any cakes. Croissants, cookies, etc. Parking is round the corner and free as long as you pick the right road. The cafe was not too busy. There was seating there so we could. We had seating upon arrival”

Won’t be going anywhere else for my supplies now, as everyone here goes above and beyond. All the animals here are well-loved and cared for which is beautiful to see when you’re visiting the shop.”

“We hired the cafe for my Mum's 70th birthday and it was the perfect venue. The staff went over and beyond to accommodate us. The buffet was amazing with both hot and cold food and catered for a gluten free guest. The mixture of outdoor and indoor space meant young ones could run around without getting in the way of older ones. The beautiful surroundings outside and art on the walls inside made it aesthetically wonderful too. The carparking and accessible toilet were also convenient. Thanks so much to the Coach House Cafe for a memorable evening.”

“Just took a car lock back to Halfords West Wickham that my 86 year old mum brought, as it came without keys or instructions. The lovely lady at the till offered to replace it immediately and then was really helpful checking that my mum could use it due to the arthritis in her thumbs. My mum had been quite stressed about taking it back so the kind service was a great relief for her. Thank you!”

“Came to this restaurant with my daughter for the first time, the food was delicious especially the lamb bhuna and the coconut rice. The prawn puri for starter was the best I had tasted. Big portions and very tasty food. Staff were very nice and the restaurant was lovely clean and calm. Very reasonably priced and even offered a complimentary shot of baileys. All customers appeared to be regulars in there. Would definitely go there again. Thank you for a lovely evening.”

“Fantastic customer service by Ted when I was purchasing a new mattress. I ordered via phone months after having visited in person and the older price was honoured. Delivery charge was very fair too. The delivery men (contracted) were a little sour but it was the end of their day; no stars off for HoR just an FYI for customers. They were not able to take shoes off due to H&S so just something to be aware of.”

So good to be able to order online as most take away services' telephones are constantly engaged in lockdown. We live in a remote spot but the delivery driver found our house straight away. “If you're looking for a decent Kerala cuisine in South London, look no further than this restaurant. The flavors were spot on and transport you straight to the south. The fish pomfret curry was particularly delicious, as well as all the other items we ordered. The service was also great, especially with the staff being very helpful in recommending dishes. The ambiance was decent and inviting and really clean. Overall, I recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to try some delicious South Indian food.”
