"Very disappointed, been looking forward to trying this after great reviews. Unfortunately the pie fillings were solid mince with no onions, gravy and completely tasteless. The additional gravy was tasteless, liquor bland. Apologies but the tastiest bit of the meal were the peas. Feel this was a waste of the money I paid for it, would have sent it back if I was eating in."

"Fantastic old school pie, liquor and mash! Hits the spot even on a hot summers day. Great, friendly service! Very accomodating. Highly recommend the stewed eels! Lovely umami bombs swimming in a luxurious parsley liquor. Definitely one for the clean plate club! So glad this has opened up nearby, can't wait to come back!"
