● Open“We booked this hotel due to the proximity to Victoria Coach Station since we had to take a bus from there to our cruise and back. We stayed 1 night previous to the cruise and 2 nights after. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Rooms are very updated. Very clean. 2 minute walk to the station and a few blocks from Buckingham Palace. We also scheduled a few tours with Golden Tours and the meeting poing was right by the hotel. They bring the breakfast to your room at 7:00am. A full box of everything you can imagine. I would stay here again.”

● Open“We signed up to a cycle event in London so booked two nights here for a camper. Surpassed expectations! The site itself is kept in great nick. The communication prior to stay was excellent. Shop staff were welcoming, friendly and chatty. Facilities were regularly cleaned. You really cannot under-appreciate hygienic toilet and shower facilities on a camp site! Thanks so much to everyone involved making this such a brilliant location.”

● Open“When I arrived I realised I booked the wrong room. I wasn't aware there were room which entailed a shared bathroom. I contacted CitySpace, they told me there wasn't much they could do. Fine, that was my mistake for not checking before I booked. However, a staff member reached out called Kara, who mentioned someone cancelled their room so I was able to upgrade. This was a huge relief as am staying for 5 nights so a shared bathroom would not have been ideal. I also appreciate Kara reaching out to me to make me aware and offer me the upgrade. Saved my trip to be honest.”

● Open“by reading their reviews we all know two things about this place: - the rooms are small; - the location is insanely perfect; so with that in mind, don't expect to find big and spacious rooms, but something useful for a nice hot shower and some rest after a day exploring london, and that is exactly what we've found. at least 5 tube lines are within 5 minutes of walking, plus many pubs, supermarkets, restaurants and famous tourist attractions. we had a good time and considered a really good value for money but, again, you need to know what to expect.”
