"Booked a taxi to the airport, 30 mins after the allotted time no car, and no answer. Ignored my calls. I have missed my flight because they did not have the decency to answer my call, I could of booked another cab. Do not use, they would rather ignore you than tell you to book another cab."

"I called and spoke to the call handler Isha, she lacked any manners & was very blunt. Despite the quote being a cheaper price than another firm, I avoided the £200 taxi because of her poor first impression of the company. I accidentally called the same number again, as the same firm had an advertisement I clicked on. She rudely then said ‘you’ve already called’ without even a hello."
