The rooms are small but had what we needed. The bathroom and shower was so nice. We had breakfast on our last morning and it was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in London.”

● Open“We stayed here as our mini-moon for a weekend. The staff were very attentive, Kamel in particular was very kind and welcoming. The food were delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Breakfast had a lot to offer and choices and again, very quick and lovely service and food. Our room was beautiful and spacious. The extra attention to detail and dedicated card did not go unnoticed. Overall, a very pleasant stay to celebrate our wedding!”

The team are brilliant, everyone we encountered were so caring and supportive. The reception team can’t do enough to help, sending documents and information instantly and are always on the phone to help with any queries. The vets and vet nurses are not only top of their field but compassionate, dedicated and happy to give as much information and time to each pet and their clearly worried owner. We can’t thank them enough for doing so much for Cleo.”

The best highlight was our server, Hafize. She was so thoughtful and kind, but also took her time to develop a personal connection with us. My girls adored her too, she was so sweet with them. We left with our bellies and hearts full!”

They explained the procedure and to our surprise our son did not hesitate nor cry at all. They placed the ring and that fell off after roughly 10 days. Very happy with everyone involved and would definitely recommend this clinic!!”

He dealt with my family's request promptly and efficiently. I will be returning there with my partner in the future. The building was excellent and clean. Staff all friendly, polite and welcoming. I thoroughly recommend this excellent establishment.”

● Open“Booked all of the Heathrow living apartments for the night before our wedding for my family coming in from abroad. The service from start to finish was absolutely excellent! Martin went out of his way to help me organise splitting people over the various apartments and was very helpful dealing with such a large booking. The flats themselves were immaculate and ready for us with towels, and lonely little details like boxes of cereal, tea and coffee. Really close to the airport and easy to get to work parking and the large Tesco only a few minutes away and plenty of eating out options and just eat delivery options. Can't recommend enough!!”

● Open“Beautifully appointed and conveniently located boutique-feel hotel. Staff was kind and helpful. Our stay was made super comfortable by our room's spacious layout, a fabulously plush bed and amenities like a Marshall speaker and the possibility to cast our own content on the television. The location can't be beat in hip Shoreditch where you'll find lots of good places to eat and drink and plenty of things to do. As i write this review I'm currently staying at another Hilton operated hotel in a different area of London for work and I wish I was back at the Hart... Highly recommend.”

● Open“My experience with Richdale institute started last year when I studied level 3 sports massage therapy. It was such a wonderful experience. The course was so well structured and the learning material easy to understand. we had a lot of support from our wonderful tutor. She is one of the best teachers I have ever had and she made the experience so enjoyable. As a tutor she is so attentive and supports her students to the maximum. After level 3 , I enrolled on level 4 ( which is about to end). I have learned so much at level 4 and I feel much more confident as a therapist. After graduation, I believe that I will excel in my field because the quality of teaching at Richdale is absolutely outstanding. I can’t thank my tutor enough for all the hard work she has put in to ensure we become competent and confident therapists . I will fully recommend this institute to anyone who is interested in complementary therapies, H T”

He has been back & forth from pdsa to vets now in Sutton for overnight care and it’s safe to say he was more than happy at pdsa and went with the vets no problem which gave me comfort. ● Open“The Intercontinental was lovely. By London standards, very good sized rooms. We decided to upgrade to a room with a view & we were happy we did. The staff was great & everyone we interacted with at the hotel was kind and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay! The price was a whopping 1197£ a night on booking but was able to find it the cheapest on Locktrip for 658£ a night, if you do this little trick and add this code L2M5Y before login you get it even cheaper, enjoy.”

Must mention Ann on surgical ward for her total support and help after my operation and cannot fail to recognise the special guy at the head, Mr Sharr. He has been consistently helpful and has my eternal thanks! Chelsfield Hospital is a small place with a big heart. Good food/menu choices are equal to many hotels and served by great people, all of them supportive and help through the many choices. Hope to go home soon but have fond memories of the staff here.”
