"Clinical aspects and consultant excellent, superb! Nurses very professional and friendly except one who had no manners, needs training. Dinner very disappointing, for my self-pay package of six thousand pounds for one overnight stay, no excuses for this! I would love to discuss this further!! Bathroom shower not working, had to go to the shower room, why at this fee?? Overall, I’m happy but the hospital is not up to scratch, I’m being fair. Thank you."

"I visited the King’s Oak Hospital in Enfield earlier today and I decided to share my experience on here to hopefully reassure anyone going to the hospital that everyone is so kind and helpful. I saw my consultant in the outpatients department, everything went really well. I want to give special thanks to Sarah who was so supportive and kind, it really made such a difference to me. Some people have a job, but Sarah clearly has a calling for what she does. Please pass on my thanks to Sarah."

My son had his broken nose fixed today and we couldn’t be happier with the care and professionalism shown by staff, the nurses, Carla and Sarah, the Doctor and other senior medical staff, down to the catering team. Their kindness and professional approach has meant that our stay has been highly successful and our stay has been most comfortable with every need being met. We are very happy. Excellent service. "Come in for operation last Saturday. My consultant and whole operation team was very good and professional. Everything go well and quick. All hospital staff was very friendly. My nurses ware amazing, apologise forgot the names, very helpfull, and care of me as part of the family. Room was nice and clean. Nice food. Bit long time waiting for medication on my discharge day, probably they was busy, however the pharmacy was professionally and take time to explain and provide information of all my medication. After few days they call me from hospital to check how I am feeling. So nice from them side. I would highly recommend the hospital. Very positive and good experience from the first to the last minute being there. Thank you to all hospital staff. Especially for my NURSES, big THANK YOU! Your are fantastic people and doing amazing job!"
