“Freshly fried fish and chips. We ordered two small pieces of small Cod fillets and had to wait 10 minutes for them to fry it. We arrived there a few minutes after opening of the shop. We were soo surprised when the order came because the “small” piece of fish was easily 30 centimeters long! The fish was thick and tasty!”

Bottomless brunch is only £20 aswell, such great value; includes bottomless Aperol spritz and prosecco.”

“Customer service is excellent. There was a lovely lady working there! I ordered an iced matcha latte and jasmine tea. The matcha latte was not sickly sweet and it was just right like the Japanese way. One lady even gave me a free complimentary biscuit. If you are fan of japanese drinks I would HIGHLY recommend. One of the best and you won't regret it :)”

“Superb craftsmanship. Ducane is a rare breed of craftspeople. who, in terms of shoes, possess mystic-level abilities. My beloved Chelsea boots were in difficulty... I then gave Ducane the items. They not only kept them, but they are now in better shape than when I first bought them. Of course, they are just as comfortable now as they were the day I turned them over to his care. Outstanding!!”

We walked in without a reservation, and the host managed to find a table for us. Later on the host asked us to move to a different table, which wasn’t a big deal at all. Yet, the host kept on apologizing and even gave as two glasses of wine free of charge at the end of our lunch! So nice of him! Fantastic place, highly recommended!”

“A gem hidden away in East Sheen. I’ve visited many times and rave about it to all my friends back home. It’s the reason I fell in love with carrot cake. It is so good that I haven’t found any other that compares. Highly recommended! It’s truly a lovely cafe with many delicious options and the best coffee in town. Fast service, charming ambience and warm and friendly staff. Everything about this place is worth a visit.”

“Called in for lunch yesterday & enjoyed delicious food (my partner had the loaded fries & I had a chickpea burger with fries) & drinks (I had a yummy but somewhat potent Singapore Sling!). Had a real buzz about it (despite the fact it wasn't that busy at 12) & the attention to detail from a decor perspective was great (lots of nods to music & even a skeleton!!). Staff were smiley & efficient too. Will deffo go back again!”

“It's nice to go to a restaurant where they fill up your water glass when you're close to finishing and place your serviette on your lap. The Dragon Inn is on the prices side compared to other Chinese restaurants but you get what you pay for and the food is absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend and to book for popular evenings (Friday night etc) we ordered so many delicious starters we didn't get to a main course. Will try again next time.”

“Bao-tastic Reluctant to leave a review about this place as it’s a hidden gem. The bao’s are delicious - pork is the traditional signature dish - but prawn and chives is my personal favourite. But also try the pancake and wanton soup. It can get busy sometimes as it’s about the size of a bao. It’s mainly a take away place - however there are some seats to dine in. But it’s family run, fast and very yummy”

“I have been to the Crown for casual evening drinks while sitting outside in their nice garden a couple of times but never been there for lunchtime or dinner. I finally had a chance to book a table (advisable because I tried to turn up in a couple of occasions and they were always full) and had a fantastic dining experience! Food was fresh, tasty and presented beautifully, with great staff and excellent beer and wine selection. I am looking forward to going back”

“This is an old fashioned 'local' with no food served other than crisps and peanuts etc but the landlady is very friendly. My walkers group have just resumed visiting there after our walk and she always bakes delicious cakes for us. There is a nice little garden to the side of it with very comfy patio furniture”

Although my time in the hotel has been very short during the day, because i spent most of my time in London, the hours i’ve been in there, i haven’t come by any problem. “My goodness, the food here is devine! Atmosphere - cute, could be romantic if you want it to be. There is an 'Italian home' look and feel to the place, with clothes hanging above you. Unusual, but unique. My OCD just hopes dust from the clothes don't fall on the food. The type of customers we saw whilst we were there consisted of couples and families, so expect a child or two making some noise. It wasn't to the point of being disturbing. Food - scrumptious! We ordered a starter, which was prawns in a tomato sauce with bread. I could've eaten that all night, so delicious. I then ordered a pasta with basil and cod, this isn't the actual name of the meal but that's what it consisted of. It was absolutely delicious. My friend ordered the lobster, she is a chef and rated it quite high, with the only complaint being that the lobster was a tad over cooked. We also tried their best wine, not my favourite, it was a little watery. The water is bottled spring water. The chilli oil is a huge glass with a mixture of peppers in oil, felt very home made, adding to the atmosphere. Service - great. The lady serving us was good, not going above and beyond but at the same time didn't need to. She was calm and helped with any info we required. The food arrived in good time too, I'd say it took about 10-15mins to arrive. I'll definitely be returning to this lovely place. 100% recommend it.”
