The Bull Hotel in Wrotham, Sevenoaks
“Hired the Buttery for my Mum's 90th Party, excellent service, excellent room, excellent buffet. Also stayed one night in one of the lovely guest rooms, breakfast was really good. Staff, Venue, Food, Drink, Accommodation all first class.”
The Portobello Inn
“Just to be clear my scoring system: 1/ Don't go, just don't. 2/ I can't recommend going 3/ I enjoyed it but probably won't go back 4/ I enjoyed it, would go back especially if invited 5/ I enjoyed it, would invite others there myself Honestly I was a touch worried when I entered. It looked just a little bit tired and like a local pub. Should have realised that this just meant it hadn't been turned into a sterile gastropub chain... Because I had the steak. On a hot stone. It was amazing! I love nowhere near... But genuinely if I was anywhere even close I'd go back just to eat that again!!! Service was great and the marquee although temperature went up and down a bit stayed warm enough to keep us comfortable. That steak............”
Papermakers Arms
“Had our Christmas Lunch yesterday it was lovely nice chilled atmosphere, very good service at the right pace didn’t feel rushed. Minor thing not so keen on my desert the Mille Feuille, but everything else was delicious.”
The Three Horseshoes
“A wonderful place to eat with lots of space and great vegetarian options. All the staff were so warm and friendly, we stayed all afternoon. Can't wait to return.”
The George and Dragon
“Love the relaxed vibe and great food here. The leafy outdoor seating and children's playground are also highlights.”
The Bell
“A classic old English pub in a very quaint village. The real stand out here though is the food - pub classics done very well and the most delicious home-made desserts. Make a reservation and enjoy a hearty, comforting meal.”
Bucks Head
“An awesome spot for lunch after a long walk in Knole Park. Smiley faces and big welcomes as soon as you step through the door and the quality continues right through each course until you decide to leave after a couple of pints and warning up by the fire. Food was on point ans service was great, couldn’t fault it on bit.”
The Plough
“This is definitely one of the nicest place I have been to. I have only been there for a meal twice, and can honestly say that I gave never been disappointed with the meals I had. The first time I went there I gad the roast lamb with vegetables, unfortunately when I got there yesterday the only option available was the roast beef, as the Lamb abd Chicken had all gone & boy oh boy! was I glad. The beef was cooked to absolute perfection by Ben (The Owner) I would suggest phoning at 12.00pm (when they open) or a day or two in advance if possible, to book a table , and get there early.. Ben and his staff are extremely pleasant, & can't do enough to make sure you enjoy your experience of eating at his Pub/Restaurant. I would definitely go again. My thanks to everyone at The Plough in Basted, Kent . Until the next time..”
George & Dragon
“Was the first time here and no way we were disappointed . From the moment we came through the door to a very warm welcome, until we left the service, was great, the food amazing. Everything was cooked to perfection and presented very well. We will definitely be going back. We booked before hand and that turned out to be a very good idea..”
The Blacksmith’s Arms
“Lovely cosy pub with friendly staff. The food was great too! Would definitely recommend it. I think maybe the menu prices on the website need updating to current prices, apart from that, all great!”
The Kings Arms
“Cute little pub with a couple of nice ales, a bunch of mainstream lagers, and friendly staff. Warm, cosy, and buzzing on this Saturday afternoon. I’ll be back to settle in with food and a few pints, sometime.”
George and Dragon Public House
“New landlady & landlord. New decor. New clientele. Apparently a super beer garden in the planning. Friendly welcome...Onwards & upwards!”
The Restoration
“Staff were nice and pleasant. The pub had quite a relaxed atmosphere almost like a coffee shop rather than a pub. Lots of tables outside although I think these are shared with the businesses adjoining the pub. The Guinness was excellent as was the Late Red (Shepherd Neame)”
Five Bells
“Such friendly and welcoming people, it's more of a gathering of friends in one big front room. Immediately felt welcomed as we entered. Reasonable prices too”
The White Swan
“Wonderful pub - brilliant decor with warm and comforting atmosphere. Great food and drinks at a good price - with friendly and kind staff. Highly recommended!”
The Moat
“After severely underestimating the quality of the menu. I'm happy to say our group of ladies had a delicious meal here tonight. Friendly helpful staff in a warm social atmosphere. A good night all round. I personally had the Calamari main and Lemon Cheesecake dessert. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
The Samuel Palmer
“A top class dining experience, great food, great service, great atmosphere. Have already re-booked.”
The Woodman, Otford
“Nice cozy neighbourhood pub in Otford for a pint of creamy Guiness”
Bull
“Perfect village pub, has character inside and a massive bear garden. Delicious food and friendly staff. Lovely visit after a nice walk.”
