Amazing I will continue to only use Banstead Nails Everyone working there was very kind and atmosphere was serene. I came in with the worst shaped nails and they turned them into gorgeous perfectly shaped coffin nails.”

“I had a lovely caramel colour balayage done, a ladies cut and finish and an Olaplex treatment. Paige got the colour and the long layered hairstyle I asked for exactly how I wanted. Paige was also very understanding about my autism.”

“I love this boutique! It is such a calm and relaxing environment to be in and when you walk through the door you are greeted by a wave of soft music and amazing aromatherapy smells. I had a facial with Lucy and I felt so taken care off as she catered to my skin needs and went the extra mile by including a small arm chest and hand massage which made me feel so comfortable. I will be coming back as it was a great experience a would recommend to everyone.”

“It's great to see the place revived after the peak of the Coronavirus pandemic. That being said, you'll need to either book in advance on their website or wait in line for a free space to get your hair cut. Apart from that, you can still expect great service and hair cuts as before.”

“I went here back in June but forgot to leave a review as I’ve been so hectic;haven’t even had time to come back due to so much going on. Shall definitely be booking again, though , hopefully this week. I had highlights and a trim with some layers & considering I used to travel to Jo Hansford in central London, I’d say Brush is probably better! I certainly preferred the way my highlights came out - they almost sparkled - and the cut was great too. The shampooist was lovely and friendly, and I loved the relaxing cold water rinse. I would have liked a longer head massage though, it didn’t seem to last as long as at JH or other salons I’ve been to. All in all my hair came out wonderful, all the girls were really friendly, and it had a nice relaxing atmosphere there. Shall be back with an update later this week, hopefully !”

From our first appointment he came across friendly and professional (and continues to do so at every appointment). I am asked what kind of hairstyle I want and he gives me his input on what he thinks would look good. Max’s best attribute is that he takes his time and really appreciates the work he does. Had a lovey experience as usual with cheerful flow of conversation (loved the option to let them know if I’m not up to talking and have a quiet cut instead).
