My food just got delivered and not only was I missing my garlic bread but I received 2 boxes of wings which I thought I didn’t order. The driver had left and I headed straight to my phone to call and give whoever answered the phone a piece of my mind. I am sure everyone has experienced how annoying it is when your order gets messed up. To my surprise a very helpful Kerryn answered the phone, polite and helpful! Long story short, we both realised we both made mistakes with the order. He quickly de-escalated the situation and even managed to leave me laughing and smiling as the call ended. Now a days it’s hard to receive good customer service, so when it does happen you have to be grateful. Kerryn just for you I kept my word. Keep up the good job! I hope this gets you employee of the month :)”

Excellent takeaway with great consistency and always delivery on time or earlier. Looking at the previous reviews all I can say is give it another chance because definitely this takeaway is not at all what you have described.”
