“Paid them a visit yesterday. Nice clean place. looks modern. ordered 2 Doner kebabs. German style and another regular sandwich style. These are all made in house, beef doner was really nice. Medium doner meal was £8.50 and it filled me up so more than enough. The German one was huge. Great salads n sauces too They have a great menu so will definitely be back to try more . I would recommend paying them a visit for sure”

“Great burgers, initially used to only go for the double cheese burgers as used to be only 2 quid. As tried the other burgers and didn't seem worth spending more. But recently tried Whopper and Big Mac equivalent, and they were both great. Seems something improved. Doesn't have fried chicken. But does have grilled, and its ok, a bit pricey. I think they should do Keto friendly option so no carb option, as they try and provide this. Other items on menu are good, but for Burgers alone this place is outstanding, and we order from here regularly. Hear they are opening a new venue in Slough too.”

“Yesterday 10/09 I have been with my daughter at Costa cafè at Hatch end, we have been served by Anna, her service was superb, she advice us on which pastry to take (deliciously fresh and warm) she placed the cups in a lovely way on the tray and allow my daughter double serving of cocoa on her milk, she was friendly and corteous, I notice she was extra working as she was completely alone serving all customers, from taking order, payment and serving, she kept smiling to everyone and her service was outstanding, on the back of the bar there was her colleague who was working slowly on something, when there were lots of customers Anna asked for help, but her collegue told her she was busy doing online orders, she did not seem busy, actually she seemed doing things extra slowly, so Anna suddendly had to deal with a long queue of people abou 6/7 at once, she tried to please everyone, she took the orders and payments and ask them to wait to be served, she was extra fast, but she did need help, so she asked again her colleague which finally she agree to help, a man who was waiting his order lost his temperament ans shouted in an offesive way to Anna, poor Anna told him her collegue was dealing with his order, the man did not accept her explanation and went on shouting in extremely rude way to Anna, in all this her collegue kept silent, while she should have confirmed to that man, she had on board his order, i believe as Anna is very fast and good at making things, while her collegue very slow, this man felt left behind by the behaviour of Anna's collegue, but took forward a complaint on Anna who took his order on a first place. I feel Anna was victimized and treated with unfairness, she should have more help and support by her colleague. I hope the managment of Costa cafè will appreciate her hard work and appreciate her problem solving good attitude, as she tried her best to calm down the gentleman, also i hope they will notice her superb customer service, everyone else was happy!!”

“This is a review from one of our Parents: Hello I've been thinking to write and give feedback re baby room at CMC Uxbridge branch. I'm more than pleased about how catering caring and loving key workers are in the baby room. Petra loved it from day one when she started and only a few tears so far! Which is a massive indicator how well she's been and is looked after. A special thank you to Sandeep who went beyond her responsibilities and was super helpful with transitions, summer holidays and days when Petra wasn't feeling right. We know she's left and we miss her dearly. I also would like to note that since Jennifer joined baby room I've noticed a much more buzzing Petra, meaning interactions between key workers and babies/toddlers have improved noticeably. She and the rest of the team at baby room always give a very useful and efficient feedback at the end of the day. My bad I don't remember everyone's names, but each and everyone is so so nice and professional. I'm very pleased with the rest of the staff always there to answer a question and accommodate extra needs that children have. And although Meja's left for school almost a month ago, I still get lovely messages and "how is she doing" every time I pick up the little one. People are quick to complain and correct and ask... and it's within human nature and it helps to grow. However my sincere happiness and peace of mind when I leave my child in your good hands, also seeing evident signs of how much she enjoys it (and how much Meja used to enjoy) is my biggest compliment to you. “I have been a customer of this friendly, family run dry cleaning business for many years now. I have always been more than satisfied with the quality of the service provided and the reasonable cost. I consider the owner of the shop, Aliona, to be courteous and extremely thorough in her work. Before accepting any item for dry cleaning she checks the garment carefully and gives an honest appraisal as to whether or not it is suitable for dry cleaning and in fact, if she thinks that any risk of discolouration or damage etc is involved, she politely tells me to not go through with it and to take the clothing home until I can provide her with the correct information concerning the material. In addition to this service she also does alterations, at a fraction of what it would cost me elsewhere and again, I can find no fault here. For these reasons I have become a regular customer. I consider myself lucky to have the above shop, which is large, clean and with such a gracious, helpful and above all, professional couple, in my neighborhood.”

“I've used Hatch End Cars on and off for over 7years for airport trips. Some for business and some for family holidays. For my most recent family holiday (4 adults +3 children +luggage 7 pcs) we had booked a large merc Vito. It was comfortable clean and our driver was very helpful and accommodating. The car arrived on time and got to the airport on time and stress free. Booking a few days in advance and having the WhatsApp confirmation and communication makes HEC very reassuring. Our return was booked at the same time and when we arrived at the airport the immigration queues were horrendous over 1hr waits. I simply replied via their WhatsApp message confirmation to inform HEC and within minutes the driver called to reassure me that he is around the corner and will wait for my call before entering the airport parking. Smooth, easy, reliable and great communication is what you need after a long flight and airport immigration chaos. 100% recommend Hatch end cars. I will never go elsewhere. Another group of out same family did not book HEC- cancelled booking at short notice and didn't even turn up for pick up as they got the date wrong even after calling to confirm the day before. Go with HEC you will not be let down.”

“We are very happy with the new kitchen provided by Halcyon Interiors. Our kitchen was being extended by 50% as well as completely refitted, so the design stage was challenging. Ashley took time to understand and priorotise our requirements and guided us through different options to arrive at the optimal layout. The wide range of options on display at their Wigmore St store gave us useful ideas on the units and appliances we needed and again, Ashley was on hand to provide key advice. Constructing the kitchen during a pandemic threw up a number of challenges, not least securing the timely delivery of the units (Alno) and appliances (Simens) from Germany. Despite the obstacles, the kitchen was completed more or less on time, benefitting from from the skill and attention to detail of the fitter, Roman. Throughout the project, Ashley made frequent site visits and the after-sales service has been good. We would not hesitate to recommend Halcyon Interiors.”
