"WORST CHEMIST. Our GP sent a prescription to Tanna’s by mistake, as it is not our local chemist. GP surgery then requested return of prescription to issue to our local pharmacy. This was not actioned by Tanna’s and so I called to ask them to do this. They refused because of ‘the work they have put into ordering this’ and told me it was ‘impossible’ to do on the system. My local pharmacy was baffled by this as it is standard procedure. I called back to ask again if they could do this so that I would not have to make a 40 minute round-trip to pick up and the owner screamed at me down the phone and said ‘fine I’ve released it, bye’ and hung up on me. When I went back to my local pharmacist they advised it had been cancelled on the system and I needed to go back to my GP to reorder. All this for a common medicine for my child, I have never experienced such a lack of patient care, spite and interest in money."

"They eventually peak the phone up but for any issue you got (relate to PCR test ) they want you to ring another number when the guy that took my sample is there in the shop! I don't RECOMMEND LOCAL PCR provider either, their line is rubbish."
