“I bought a used Mercedes GLA 2 weeks ago for my daughter but found out later when it was delivered that the cigarette lighter was not working . She wanted to connect her dashcam to that socket but could not do it because it was faulty . I contacted several garages like Halfords , Kwikfit but none could help because they said they don’t have an auto electrician on site . My car warranty company suggested another garage called Courtwood car services in Uxbridge where l live. I contacted the garage and they suggested taking my car in the following Saturday and they can look at it when they will be less busy. My daughter took the car in to the garage and was told to have a coffee in the Chimes shopping precinct while they checked the faulty cigarette socket. Within a short time she was contacted and the faulty lighter socket was fixed. As we suspected it was just a blown fuse as no other parts of the car was affected electrically. We were charged a norminal amount for the work done. We were impressed with the friendliness and professional ism of the person who dealt with us even though we were not regular customers. This garage will have our business in future and the potential for more business as we have 3 cars in our family . In times of need and when other garages can’t help, do try Courtwood car services .”

“I have been using Harefield (Danny and Marie run this business) for over 10 years for the cars I have owned including my Audi A1. They have been 100% reliable, fantastic service and always deliver the car back to me repaired - SAFE - and at a very reasonable cost. An example of how fantastic their personal service to my husband and I was demonstrated today. During an inspection of his car, my husband's iphone slipped down through the engine cavity and was lost. Without any quibble or hesitation, the car was seen to immediately. Danny got the car on the ramps. Took bits off it and dug around with a torch. The phone was miraculously produced from underneath the complicated mechanics and restored in perfect condition. All this and NO CHARGE - I guess this is the sort of fantastic thoughtful service that he offers to all his regular customers. Thank you Danny and Marie.”
