"Booked a day off to be able to get two car tyres (purchased from Halfords ) fitted before the MOT, got to the centre at 9am as booked to be told bad news such as the tyre technician was on holiday and only one of the tyre got delivered to the centre. No courtesy call or any heads up about this inconvenient. Another customer behind me had literally the same issue . I had to wait for the second tyre delivery two days later, got back to centre and when I asked for the rear existing tyres to be fitted to the front ( which were worn ), got told that I had to pay £30 ( was expecting some courtesy at least at this stage after the initial messing up )"

"I had a great experience at Halfords Uxbridge; it was superb. The Assistant Manager by name Chirag Sachania was amazing guy, the Uxbridge branch had an issue and instead of cancelling my appointment, he contacted the Halfords branch in Slough and drove me there to get my 4 tyres changed. He could have chosen not to go that extra mile but he didn't. Employees like that needs to be appreciated for their great work they do in support of their company. I recommend Halfords Uxbridge Branch as well as all Halfords Branches."
