The Real Ale Way
“Its Beers and Ciders come straight from the cask. Nice selection, mainly Kent based. Friendly. Opposite the station. Recommended”
Barefoot Joe's Bar
“Great place to hang out, play some board games, get a happy hour cocktail or a pint of Guinness... A lovely, cozy and warm place, my favorite bar in Peckham!”
The Cockpit
“Great variety of brewed on site, straight from the keg ales, IPAs, and stouts, at really good prices. Staff are really friendly, decor and atmosphere is good. Only gripe is it closes quite early.”
The Cotton Mill Micro Pub
“Titanic Plum porter. Superb. Great staff and fog friendly. Didn't want to leave !!!”
The Peasant's Revolt Micropub
“Great selection of constantly changing beers, both draught and in cans - as well as a great selection of spirits and ciders. All served by friendly and helpful staff - a gem of a pub!”
A’DO’RE’ fritto
“Pretty amazing authentic neapolitan food served here. We really loved the Cuoppo Misto and the Pizza Fritta, they were both excellent! They ran out of the dessert we wanted so the chef went above and beyond and improvised something for us and it was delicious! They also serve some really good craft beers. Staff was very nice as well. We can't wait to go back for more!”
Leah Durrant Hair Salon
“First time visiting the salon today and I had my appointment with Amy. She was so lovely and was very knowledgeable. She gave advice on what products I should be using on my hair and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely will be going again.”
niche hair & beauty
“Very friendly and competent staff. It's clean and welcoming. I lived near Hammersmith for two years before I visited and immediately regretted not going to them sooner. I had complete trust in the lady who was looking after me. It's difficult to find good hairdressers in London but this place has got them.”
Glow Beauty
“I adore this place! The ladies are always super warm and welcoming but caring and professional. The treatments are fantastic value and excellent quality. The decor is chic, the premises is spotless and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, just perfect for some “me” time!”
Silk n Shine
“Have been going to this barbers for almost 8 years now. Perfect cut every time, Ali is such a professional and also a really nice person who always greets you. It’s a tough time for me when he’s away on holiday.. can’t recommend this barbers enough”
Buttle's Kentish Town
“Great place. A wood nut's treasure trove. Brendan and Aaron were super helpful walking us through the vast array of stock. Proper family business with excellent customer service. Cut to size on site.”
Jeroboams Kensington
“Small shop part of a bigger chain. Good selection of wines at all price points. Obvioiously they can't compete with bigger shops in terms of availability. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.”
Jacks Off Licence
“Hands down the best offie around. Incredibly diverse selection of beers from the UK and abroad, with plenty of wine and spirits to choose from too. The only thing they could improve would be their chilled selection: their fridges aren't huge and they don't often vary what they put in them.”
The Gessner
“I initially met up with the Senior Customer Relationship Manager whose attitude was professional, responsive, honest and extremely helpful. He was very patient as I slowly navigated my way through the process. I was later introduced to the rest of the team who were of a similar calibre which was reassuring. I was struck by the thoughtful modern design and layout of each flat and the quality of materials and appliances used to finish off. I like the Way of Life concept. Whilst I can have my own space and privacy, there is also the opportunity to share communal facilities and organised events. So far so good! I look forward to living a way of life that could uplift the spirit.”
The Castle Cinema
“A great selection of films all the time. Bargain bin prices on a Monday too! What I really like though is that the lobby area is spacious and actually great to work away, read, chat with friends, drink, be merry. They also do Pitchblack Playback where you sit in the cinema and listen to an album in the dark. I fell asleep but that’s because I was tired, slept like a log. It was funny for some reason as some crypto-lad chatted to me beforehand and then I just slipped out when it ended, like a groggy thief in the night. (There was a time when the tap in the men’s had out-of-control water pressure but that’s been fixed. A bit niche but other reviewers like to nitpick)”
Holidays Masters
“One of the best travel agent in east London. Highly recommended if you want the best deals for traveling around the world. Ask for Mr. Ali”
Jetstream Tours Headquarters
“We loved this tour having had a caravan on the Isle of Sheppey for 10 years. It was so good to see all the landmarks - and those of neighbouring towns from the sea. We particularly enjoyed learning about the history of the port and the shipreck.. Jack and his colleague for fab,, helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Great trip and great value for money and will definitely do more trips with Jetstream Tours. Thank you.”
Jewels Tours
“Lovely holidays always organised excellently by jewels. Friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Look forward to my next holiday to Cornwall in April 2022.”
Mark's Club
“Photographed winter and summer weddings here. Perfect for both. Couldn't be more lovely. Wish I was a member!”
Divers Cove
“The water's gorgeous here. Beautiful and clear and so tranquil. The Team at DC are always helpful, friendly and professional. They also sometimes have the most amazing cakes (but watch their social media for when it's available)”
The Valley Gardens
“A nice tidy “Park“. You can spend a lot of time walking through it. Short cutting by secret paths and apearing in other beautiful parts. You can't realy get lost as long as you can read signs. Every time of the year has different colors. I / we liked it. It will not be the last time.”
Barbican Water Gardens
“Nice place, but little bit hard to find the place what you are looking for. It's a maze.”
The Woodland Gardens
“Superb wooded area within a magnificent park. Even the rain did not dampen our spirits. Fantastic path to walk around with the kids and explore. In these tough and strange times nature is a wonderful distraction.”
Waterlily House
“Stunning little place, extremely humid so visit on a day you can tolerate it. However, worth the display of so many water lilies, but many other plants too.”
Happy Sailor
“Incredibly friendly service from the moment we walked in. Tattoo artist and piercer both put everyone at ease, piercer talked us through the options and what jewellery they had available and she had two of us pierced and sorted within 5 mins, explaining aftercare and keeping us laughing throughout. Would definitely recommend for the atmosphere and customer service alone! Very happy with our piercings, both healing well.”
Haru
“The sushi at this shop is closer to restaurant quality than a quick sushi chain. It’s always very fresh and it’s very popular for takeaways as there are only a couple of seats inside.”
Prime Steak & Grill
“Excellent quality of steaks we were three of us and I ordered the Rib Eye which was like butter. All accompaniment dishes like the stem broccoli with French beans and Mac and cheese with a Caesar salad went down very well. Also the house red wine was superb choice. Would definitely come again as the manager was very approachable and a pleasantly joking gentleman.”
We Love Coffee
“Great cycle stop! Staff opened the back gate to let me bring my bike into the courtyard, offered to bring my order to my table (carrying a tray in cycling shoes isn’t easy!) and even filled up my water bottle. Had a lovely panini, cake and coffee and a very reasonable price too.”
Café Estrela Do Norte
