“My family and I have been coming here for 30 years. This place is still owned by the same family. I lived in the USA for 13 years and this take away was a must for me everytime I came home. I love the fried rice, the chow mein and the chips with curry sauce. My American friends loved this take out and no we know is ever disappointed with food or the friendly staff here.”

“The staff are very friendly, welcoming and patient, especially the guy who worked tonight, he let us stay while we finished our food while they were shutting and cleaning. He also found my lost bag and handed it back making sure he gave it to the right person. “Excellent service to only be told card only. Asked a customer if he could pay for me and I'll will give him cash. He had no cash so I said we have opposites. He still paid for my meal and told him I will pass his gift on when I meet someone in need. Thank you mate. Had the Spicy Korean chicken rice meal with tea. It was a bit too spicy for me but a very filling me with greens inside. Disabled access and toilet and unisex toilet.”

“Delicious huge tub of tofu Katsu curry, perfectly cooked rice and crispy tofu in a tasty katsu sauce. Fantastic value, quick friendly service and lots of choice for meat and non-meat eaters. This place deserves to do well, fab new edition to shopping centre.”

“This is my favourite itsu - (got the loyalty app and everything). Really friendly crew - esp Theo, I asked his name the other day as he's so smiley and helpful. If he's not Manager he really should be - I'd have him in my company like a shot. Whilst I'm reviewing can you improve the range of udon noodle pots - not just chicken and more chicken. “It's a good place to spend your weekend evening with your loved ones. The food is good. The salmon and sushi will be almost cold. I am not sure if it is eaten cold only, but everything the teriyaki sauce and the chili sauce. Everything was so salty. I would personally say that I didn't like it that much will never go again. Maybe I would like to try sushi again at another place, but the ambience was amazing. The restaurant had all the facilities like washrooms and sitting place. Bunch of seats were available. Other decoration was good”

“It’s changed since I’ve eaten here last with terminals now for ordering and not just picking up the food to take to the counter to pay. Had no issues though, found what I wanted to eat, paid, number was called out after waiting for around 5 mins and was on my way. Food was lovely and the chocolate dessert was especially tasty.”

You can now order on your phone and pay.. If you are the kind of person that don't like Interactions... The smoothies are also really good.
