“Walk-in Ear wax removal- AMAZING! I had a build up of wax in my right ear, I used ear drops which only made it worse. I could barely hear in that ear which made me miserable for the two days it was completely blocked. I had spent about an hour calling around different places for the micro suction and there were either no appointments or they wanted to charge the earth. This pharmacy was the last I called and they could see me within the hour. I saw Mr Shah who was super helpful. The wax was very stubborn despite the softening drops I had been using but Mr Shah was determined to get it out and he did. I can hear again and I cannot thank him enough!!!!! And at only £35 for the one ear, he was by far, one of the cheapest. Highly recommend this place!!!! Thank you!!!”

“I was recently in a bit of a bind, with not being able to get my medication from my usual pharmacy and the pharmacist at my Doctor managed to find it at Ham Parade Pharmacy. Not being mobile at the moment, I called Ham Parade Pharmacy to see if they could possibly deliver it to me - which they did. Absolutely 5 star service :-) Update : Once again Ham Parade Pharmacy proved that their service is second to none - delivering my medication on New Year's Eve, before I was due to leave on holiday and unable to get to the pharmacy. They are just brilliant.”

“Shopped in Richmond Pets Corner yesterday and had excellent customer service (as usual). The phrase goes ‘the customer is always right’ and I can tell you that certainly is not the case after what I witnessed. Unfortunately I was in the shop at the same time the poor workers had to deal with a very rude customer. I had a feeling she would write a bad review as she clearly didn’t get her way. People tend to go out of their way to write a bad one if any, so I thought I’d come to write a good, honest one. Despite talking to a particular girl with utter rudeness and degrading her publicly, the worker remained calm, polite and completely professional. No one should have to deal with abuse like that when they are just trying to do their job. I don’t think I could have remained so calm and still be willing to help the customer and resolve her issue. It sounds like that customer won’t be shopping there again and I’m pleased about that for the sake of the lovely staff in there. Keep doing the great job you always do and don’t let these petty people upset you. You certainly have a lifelong customer here.”

“I like coming to this boots because it stays open late and there is plenty of free parking, convenient for when you need to pick up something after work. The store is larger than your average high street branch of boots and stocks a larger range of items. I can't say what it's like during the day on a week day, as I usually come in evening or at the weekend, but it's never been very busy when I've been here, even at seemingly busier times it never feels crowded.”

“The pharmacists here (led by Manu) went out of their way to source me a medicine which was difficult to get hold of. They are always friendly and helpful, and offer a professional, personal service. Of course it gets busy sometimes, but it’s located in a highly populated residential area so this is to be expected.”

My GP made a mistake and sent my prescription through to the wrong pharmacy, but the Lloyds Pharmacist was extremely helpful, explaining that I could phone the incorrect pharmacy and get them to release the prescription back to the spine so Lloyds could pick it up. They then did so and dispensed it, even though it was a minute before closing time. Recommended!”
