“Nice new building with athletics track. Friendly helpful staff and Costa cafe. On Sunday afternoons people with disabilities and their families can use specially adapted 3 and 4 wheeled cycles on the track. The cycles are provided by Cycling Projects Charity "Wheels for All".”

“Rowlands pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have been to in the entire area by far. I urgently needed medication for my 10 month old child and they ordered it for next day delivery. When it arrived they SMS'd and called me so I could come get the medication before they closed. On collection it literally took me longer to park then get the meds. “I have been going to Body & Beauty Studio for 20 years and will continue to. Staff are really pleasant and make you feel so comfortable. You go for personal stuff and some salons make u feel horrid about yourself. Not here I've had various treatments all carried out to a high standard and always made to feel comfortable. The salon, treatments and equipment upto date well maintained. Always bright and clean. An amazing atmosphere always feel relaxed and never rushed. Nina is amazing and so knowledgeable and tailors treatments to the client. Excellent place and service.”

“I haven’t used Woking Supercuts for many years due to a bad experience. I was pleasantly surprised how lovely and attentive Kelly was. She was on her own and was doing a great job . I queued for about 40 (I had a wander around the shops) and Kelly was very welcoming. She listened to me and did exactly what I asked. I will definitely be returning and requesting Kelly again.”

“Amazing pharmacy- always quick turn around, delivery even late into the evening. Normally meds received within 24 hours of prescription- quickest was within 2 hours! When I was out and they tried to deliver, left me a card to call them and then meds came next day. Also super helpful with my grandparents medication and arranging deliveries through covid. Such helpful and friendly staff too when you get them on the phone or WhatsApp. I recommend to everyone esp those with elderly relatives.”

“I have been to this pharmacy for years now and I’ll admit that I can see an huge improvement since the last team left. At last the place is clean now, dust free and smell nice. The new team is friendly, fun and take the time to explain what’s happening with Pharmacy and NHS in giving us the proper informations how to obtain our prescriptions on time. I can see that they are struggling but always take the time to give us a smile and I could just come to hear the funny Swiss Man say my name with his lovely accent. “Lovely counter staff - always helpful. My elderly parents both have lengthy prescriptions and these are dealt with well. There WERE teething problems when Paul left but no-one has ever been rude or arrogant. They are terribly busy at times and sometimes you have to wait. But it's never the end of the world and may not even be their fault. I'm glad Horsell has a good Pharmacy.”
