"Nice new building with athletics track. Friendly helpful staff and Costa cafe. On Sunday afternoons people with disabilities and their families can use specially adapted 3 and 4 wheeled cycles on the track. The cycles are provided by Cycling Projects Charity "Wheels for All"."

"Can highly recommend I've been around my fair share of gyms at both ends of the spectrum for budget (The Gym) and top end (David Lloyd). This gym has the best of both, friendly staff that care about their job. Rarely too busy (when pre-covid hours operated). Even now, avoid peak times midweek and you'll be fine. A few bits of equipment missing but generally nice new kit and plenty of space!"

"Get in shape, do try the body combat and body attack. The Woking Sportsbox is well equipped, clean and spacious. At the main entrance, you are able to get Costa coffees and snacks. The staff are overall very friendly. And there is ample free parking space."
