I now have had the medicine for two weeks and have felt great improvement in quality of sleep and raising energy level. My neck and shoulder losened up after just one accupuncture session with Ivy and have scheduled another session with her already. Throughout the consultation and treatment, Ivy was very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone without hesitation.”

“I don’t normally leave reviews but thought I would here as I checked the reviews myself before visiting seeking reassurance. My experience here was positive from start to finish. The lady on reception was friendly, and the doctor and nurse I had during my copper coil/IUD fitting were so professional and reassuring. Everything was explained to me as we went through, and the procedure was over so quickly it took me by surprise. I had nothing to worry about and was really impressed by the whole service.”

“I love this nail salon me and my mum go here all the time and the staff are very friendly and kind despite language barrier they’ll always aim to give you best quality nails. They’re gentle and efficient when handling nails and never disappoint. My nails usually last 6 weeks definitely worth while.”

“I usually only review pubs. But had to change my habits after two brilliant experiences with LV= We live on a busy road and have had two cars crash into our parked car on two separate occasions. It just so happens that both people who crashed into us use LV= Even though we were not at fault (parked car) on both occasions our insurance company wanted us to pay an excess, transfered us to a care hire company who refused to hire us a car and made everything much more complex by asking us to make bookings and report back. On both occasions we decided to go through LV= after recieving a text. After a short phone call to a lovely lady (Sophie M) we had confirmation of our car rental in our inbox and confirmation that our chosen garage would give us a ring the next day. In contrast to our insurance company they were absolute superstars and we will be moving over to LV= when we renew our policy. I would highly reccomend.”

“I always judge a company by the way they deal with things when something goes wrong and this company is right up there with the best. I ordered some flee treatment for my dog and, although I got a confirmation email, was surprised that the order had not been sent after a week. I contacted them and, within hours, had a reply informing me that they had a glitch with their IT system and promised to deal with it immediately, which they did, and I got my delivery exactly when they told me I would. Other companies should learn from this fine example. Will have no hesitation in using them again.”

“I have always attended Greenside surgery in the past and have been apprehensive about Leonard Rd surgery. However, I was surprised at the improvements made and the new building. My stitches were removed quickly and painlessly by the nurse Helen. Everyone was polite and welcoming. Compared to Greenside which is quite small, Leonard Rd seems big enough to meet the community's needs. The only downside is that the waiting room is quite small”

“Really helpful with my Bupa Babylon Digital Prescription - although didn't have both the medications I needed, advised me to try elsewhere then come back and they could order it in for me - they printed my prescription to make it easier for me to go to other pharmacies as well, good service, honest staff”
