She is an amazing stylist very professional and you can tell she loves her profession the way she gets into tiny details of her work. I had a Yuko Straightening treatment for my grey, coarse and fizzy hair and to my surprise I got excellent results. I never give reviews but her professional attitude and her good work compelled me to do so. I am going to be their permanent customer from now on and I would recommend it to everyone. “Let me start my change in review for this salon..... My daughters hair came out amazing. It always does and she is not the easiest of children. So its worth it but if you want to speak to someone at the salon it's short of impossible to get ahold of them live. You need to work via emails and text messages. My concern was when I tried to call, you can't, so you email (I didn't have a number to text), when you send an email the response is "Thanks for the message. We are unable to monitor this mailbox regularly and our responses may take A FEW DAYS. We're unable to book appointments via email or phone unfortunately, but all appointments can be made, edit or cancel by simply clicking the link below" I get it... this is how they work, but in the moment when you are trying to call a retailer/business its frustrating. However as my first point says my daughters hair came out AMAZING, she loves the place and so I guess you have to deal for beauty and such.”

“This is the best salon in Deptford, or maybe even the best in London. They listen to you, they look after you, and they give you a great haircut. If you want a wash and trim it's fab. if you want bright orange hair they do that amazingly too and give you special conditioner to protect it. They don't care about your gender, sexulaity or anything like that. LGBT friendly; they just have no need for a rainbow flag. Well done The Box Deptford.”

I had umpteen amounts of tea, a scrumptious cake and an amazing lunch of jacket potato, beans and cheese, all courtesy of Mrs P & her team. OH YES, the hair! These ladies really know their stuff, they were amazing. I felt completely at ease and confident in what they were doing.
