"This is a gorgeous salon, with a really lovely atmosphere! All the stylists are so talented, friendly and professional. I was making a big change to my hair and was pretty nervous but they made me feel very comfortable. My hair had previously been bleached and I had a grown out balayage. They transformed my hair into a beautiful glossy all over black colour. I also had a cut and bouncy blow dry. I will definitely be back and would recommend this salon to everyone !"

"I do not write reviews, but have been left with no choice due to the experience I had in December. I have been a loyal customer of the Hair Lounge for over 5 years, and have always been happy with the quality of the hairdressing, even travelling further than needed to get there. However, since it has come under new management the overall experience and customer service has completely deteriorated, and my last experience was appalling- leaving me in tears. The response when I had politely messaged to say I was unhappy with the tone of my hair (having spent £169 & raising at the time of the appt and the hairdresser saying I could always come back to run a few highlights through it) was to completely shut down my feedback, and to tell me that it was only the lighting (as though I don’t know how my hair looks or makes me feel), and point blank refusing to have the chance to speak to them by phone and to possibly have the opportunity to see if I could have it changed (fairly standard request I would say). There is something very strange going on with this place, they have absolutely no sense of customer service or loyalty, and I will never return, which is a shame since I have been going for so long. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone, and would advise you to take your hard earned money elsewhere."

"Every time I come to the Hair Lounge, I'm greeted with the friendliest faces and leave in awe of how talented everyone is, always feeling so fab about my hair! Everyone is so lovely and I leave feeling very equipped to maintain my hair in a healthy way! Also, I always love seeing all the hair transformation photos/videos and reels on the insta and loved seeing a reel of my hair before and after! Currently loving my hair which was done by Morgan so thank you SO much!"
