We could see when we came to collect them that not only had they been exceptionally well cared for but that they were exceptionally happy and had clearly had the most wonderful holiday too! We cannot emphasise how wonderful Elm Tree is - we know that our dogs are in the best possible care, Mandy loves and looks after them as though they are her own and she is outstanding when it comes to understanding dogs and knowing how to manage them. They came back clean, having been washed and groomed there too, they had lots of exercise and plenty of play sessions. We would not go on holiday without our dogs if we could not leave them with Mandy at the Elm Tree Pet Hotel.”

“I had 6 sessions of laser hair removal at this clinic. I found the place spacious and i liked the fact that you could get everything done in one place, from nails to hair and other specialised treatments such as laser removal sessions. It just makes life convenient as opposed to visiting different branches for different purposes. However, what really made this place exceptionally outstanding is my assigned laser therapist - Elena. Elana was incredibly warm and professional with brilliant people-skills. She always greeted me with a smile and was always very positive. I felt like she was my friend by the end of treatment so I was sad our journey came to an end. But I will definitely visit again given the 5 star results i’ve had. Thank you Elena for being marvellous. You’re a credit to your company as well as this world with your positive energy.”
