"I was in the area and wanted to get a haircut and beard trim. Mr H was there by himself on a Sunday on the dot at opening time. As soon as I stepped in he acknowledged me and told me he was by himself so there's a bit of a wait, I agreed to do so. His colleague Juno was having a baby so he could not come in. During the wait, I was offered a cold drink and had a bit of a chat too. I'm thoroughly impressed by the ambience of the shop, the inclusion straight away and the way Mr H conducted himself. I'm definitely popping back in for a trim if I'm in the area."
