"Lack of professionalism not sure if it was the worker or owner. But you telling me it's busy because its a saturday and no one's in the shop the several times i checked? Not sure why you are avoiding customers especially when its their first time coming to you. .. Just say you don't want to cut people's hair and sit on your phone all day. "I didnt get a haircut here but one of the employees called Theo (I believe) saw me outside with a punctured bike tyre and he came outside and helped me for around 40 minutes. Tried offering money but he wouldn't accept and he just wanted to help, what a gentlemen and legend. Thank you, we need more people like him!"
