“Today was my second time going to Lovelee Hair. Lisa and her team did an AMAZING job fixing my hair! I originally got my hair coloured in a different salon elsewhere but I was unhappy with the results. As I am fairly new to the Kingston area and I decided to try Lovelee Hair to see if their great reviews matched in person. Lisa and her team are very welcoming and the salon is very clean. They offer hot and cold drinks upon arrival. They did a superb job at fixing my hair colour and I honestly and genuinely felt like a celebrity afterwards and I never feel this way!! I even got a compliment from a stranger today on my new hair. I was feeling so insecure about the hair job done at the salon elsewhere but after going to Lovelee Hair I feel so good about my hair. “I have been coming here for a long time and I am very happy with all the services and treatments I have used including eyebrow threading, facials, roots colouring, wash/cut/blowdry, hair up-dos and wedding/party makeup. I got my hair and makeup done by Nita for my wedding registration, and she also set my sari fantastically. The staff are professional, friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is well-decorated and clean. They also offer a loyalty scheme which is nice. Parking is usually easy to find. Definitely recommended.”

“I had a very lovely first time experience here today! The lady who did my eyebrow threading was extremely welcoming and very proffessional. It was clean, tidy and quite. Although the threading cost £7 it was so worth it in comparison too a lot of the other eye brow threading places in Kingston. I've previously used a lot of the shops in the Kingston area and they don't take much care or time in what they do. However, I would definitely recommend this place. There was a lot of care and time put into my treatment. I am very impressed and will regularly carry on going here for my eye brow treatment and will try the other treatments on offer.”

“Highly recommend The Richmond Hair Company! I went to another salon in town and left with a terrible cut. Super short in the back, long uneven pieces in the front, and layers that didn't make sense-- it was horrendous. I scheduled a consult with Patrick to see if it could be fixed (I honestly wasn't sure it could be salvaged) and then followed up with an appointment a few days later. He was able to turn that original butchered cut into something very cute and I'm so happy I went with him. He's a very skilled and talented hair artist. I'll never go to anyone else!”

At the consultation she took time to make sure she fully understood what I was looking for and was careful to manage my expectations, clearly explaining the challenges of achieving the outcome I was hoping for. She also explained her method of working and the approximate time I would take to complete. On the day of the appointment she was extremely thorough and didn’t rush the process at all, her primary concern was getting the closest result to what I was looking for whilst maintaining the quality and health of my hair. I’m absolutely delighted with the colour and the overall appearance, the highlights are finely done (no big chunks of colour!) and she perfectly placed them around my face as I wear my hair up a lot. As well as a being an excellent colourist Helen is such a gorgeous woman to spend a few hours chatting with, she kept me supplied with peppermint tea and gave me such a relaxing head massage! It was an extremely positive experience and I can’t recommend Helen highly enough.”
