“I never leave reviews but I had to this time! Have been wanting to visit BK for so long and it’s quite a journey from south London but I’m glad I finally did! First of all what an amazing salon with great staff! From the Somali man (who noticed I was waiting and acknowledged me to ask if I had been seen to), to the lovely receptionist and assistants, and of course the amazing Ugur! Everyone was so polite and customer service was on point! From the consultation to the end, Ugur was great. Even with a language barrier he listened and understood exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy with everything! I’ve been to many hair salons in and around London but this experience and the result of my hair, hands down the best. Ugur is amazing at his job! He is a perfectionist and I’m so glad I’ve found my hairdresser! Already had countless compliments on my hair. Feeling like a brand new woman! Thank you UG!! Just a thought, does BK offer loyalty cards for returning customers? Also some biscuits or cake with the tea offered would be nice as I was so hungry after 6hours!
