"Used to be a good but for some reason it’s gone down hill one of the men did my nails a week later the shellac started to come off I complained and I went in today and mentioned it again and they couldn’t even give me a discount as I ve been going there for years instead they charge for every little thing they do To take of gel they charge other places don’t charge to take off I certainly won’t be going there again I gave them so many chances but they never learn"

"They Don’t listen! When you go to a shop and ask for something you expect to get what you ask for. Well this is now the SECOND occasion the same woman with glasses has ignored what I’ve said and done what she thought. When I ask her to do it properly she tells me no. The last time I ended up with a manicure I didn’t want and on this occasion she’s trying to half give me a pedicure. She’s rude and then proceeds to talk about me in her language. Rude. I will stop coming here-it’s a shame becusde I’ve been a loyal customer for years."

"it was my first time going to this place & i will definitely be coming here all the time. i had Amy treat me for a pedi and she was amazing at it, i loved the service i got. she took her time, was very precise with the pedicure and took care of me. She saw i had 2 of my natural nails broken and she went out of her way to fix my nails for me. she was professional and I would go to her again. 10/10 !!! ❤️❤️"

"Went in today to fix the nail. Unfortunately, as you can see, the nail literally is standing out. The more you look at it, the worse it is. Too wobbly (I feel it is coming off already, even though it has been less than an hour), the shape is just OFF, nothing was cleaned off and nails were dried on a desk lamp. Never again. All of the other nails are my natural shape, so it’s so easy to tell which one is bad."
