"I grew my eyebrows out for 3 months so I could be given a new eyebrow shape. She removed most of my eyebrows, even though I requested that they remain thick. The next day, my eyeblid broke out in a horrible rash which I still have a week later. I have used wax before and this has neveer happened. Very very upset ."

"Spent £23 to get acrylic nails done. A couple days later I was back because 3 broke. Paid £6. A few days later a couple more broke one which had been repaired before so I went back later in the week to get the two fixed and also got the rest of the acrylic nails painted a different colour costing me £14. A day later 2 of the same nails repaired before broke again. Waste of my time and money. I won't be coming back. In less than a month to pay over £40 for basic acrylic nails and never even get a infill is ridiculous. Never even got offered for any of the nails to be repaired for free. Shop is a waste of my time."
