I first met him when he rescued my hair from a disastrous colour done by a major national salon (who were supposed to be the best in their field!!). He talked things through with me, telling me what the other salon had done and how he would save my hair and give me back my healthy, glossy locks! The result was amazing - not only had he restored the colour to better than what it should be, but he went above and beyond with various conditioning treatments, masks and a head massage to boot! Now whenever I go for my cut / colour I just plonk myself down, enjoy the coffee (and the massage chair - which is an absolute must!) and let him do his thing!
