"We went to this hairdresser and had the worst experience I have ever had. A picture was shown to the stylist who said that was fine, and she cut off over 2 inches to the hair when it was agreed that none would be cut, just layers put in. When the other side of the hair was shown to her to explain how much she had cut she said 'that side must have a been longer'????? To make things worse, she was laughing and saying it was fine. Now, one side of the head is clearly thicker and hair is uneven. Other employees and the manager stayed quiet throughout all of this and no discount was offered, we were still made to pay £38 for a messed up haircut where we will have to go and get it fixed because there is no way I am going back there. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere where it is not as expensive and where they care about their customers."

I will be going there again for sure and have already recommended them to about 6 other friends."
