"Terrible experience. Not recommended! Got my underarms waxed which left them discoloured from the got wax. The marks are huge and embarrassing and not likely to disappear for a couple of months. Approached the mg't about this and one of the directors called me and questioned me like it was a court case which left me upset by the end of the call. He didn't apologize about what had happened to me. I went into the salon as they offered me a part-refund and I explained this distressing phone call and got told 'that's just how he talks!' The management is incredibly rude which is such as shame as the beauticians are very friendly."
