“Courtesy of a lunch hosted by a few financial services providers, I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at M Threadneedle Street. The lunchtime set menu provides good value for money at this upmarket establishment. There's a great wine collection.”

“So far so good, we have fish at least twice a month as a family dinner. Sides usually we do ourselves, so can't comment on theirs. Curry sauce is goooood. Grilled Lamb chops are nicely done. Always fresh and tasty. In Cod We Trust!”

“I had a lovely time at the Banc ! The security at the front of the restaurant was helpful. We were greeted by front staff and seated to our table immediately. The member of staff called Andrea was very accommodating, kind and friendly! Ordering our food with Andrea was simple and comfortable. Despite the restaurant being busy as it was a Saturday night! She is a GREAT TEAM MEMBER ! The starters and mains were really tasty and full of flavour. Security escorting guests to the customer car park is a very good idea. I hope to visit again! “Didn’t eat here - only went as ‘The Falcon’ is closed for a refurb. But WHAT a find - lovely bar, with a great range of beers, good seating inside and outside and excellent staff. Excellent bar that we will be returning to. Very much recommended.”

“Always my place to go when getting fish and chips. Today we ordered cod, kalamari, tempura prawns, fish bites, sausage in batter and chips. Always hot and fresh even if I do collect it”

“We held a 50th birthday party on the boat. Everyone had a wonderful time and the staff were all really friendly and accommodating. With the outside top deck you can enjoy the London views during the evening and later into the night you can head downstairs to the dance floor and turn up the music until 3am! Great fun!”

“Came in to see the F1 race which is taking place in the Netherlands. Luckily there was one table which wasn’t reserved (we tired booking online but it was fully booked). We had drinks and good food but most importantly kind and nice service by the gorgeous Erika. There are more than 9 massive screen where you can see what’s going on in the race/match all the time and the good thing is the audio is clear, loud but not to the point you can’t talk to the person you are with.”

“Don't understand the low rating of this place. Absolutely 10/10 evening. The food was absolutely delicious, not your average dishes! The service of the staff was impeccable, cannot fault it at all. The lady's who waited the table were so attentive and polite, unfortunately didn't get names. We also ordered shisha and it lasted the whole evening, fantastic flavours recommended from the gentleman serving us. Biggest thank you to James who helped us with every request (there were many) thanks for being fantastic and so welcoming and accommodating, you made the evening what it was. Cannot wait to return. Thanks Ibs! Also just to add, the fillet mignon was absolutely mouthwatering!”

“Great food, good portions, fast and polite service and a good price. Mangal has nailed the key attributes a good restaurant should have (and that many much more expensive ones fail to). Even when there was a mistake on my order the waiter was very apologetic and gave me an extra portion even though I told him it was ok. The Turkish tea at the end was a great touch! I will certainly be back, and bring my friends. Thank you!”

“Well kept pub with an unsuspecting suntrap of a garden! Which is also covered for rainier days & umbrellas for shade seekers -perfect! I managed to work here even with a bit of background noise -pleasant experience and tasty authentic Thai menu here too!! There is no lunch menu however. Fast friendly service thank you -will be back!”

“Nice evening with the wife and friends. Friendly staff helped us to pick out a lovely bottle of Merlot. Our friends joined us on a nice corner table and we had a very pleasant evening. Everyone in the pub was enjoying themselves, but no bad behaviour. A pub I would recommend for a night out and a nice bottle of red. Can't comment on the food but certainly a good choice available on the menu.”

“Had great service here. For a Turkish spot with great competition within 1 mile, the food is prices extremely decent! So many complimentary goods including salads, sauces, breads, turkish tea etc. We did not get turkish tea but we know that would have been amazing just like the rest! First time trying a cheesy hummus, absolutely amazing! Very unique flavour and very filling. Beead was freshly served and steamed up. Salad was to die for. I feel like some turkish places can get salad wrong even though it is very simple. The rice and bulgar (you can do half and half) was sooo moist and buttery! The donner itself was pretty standard. However the lamacun was the cherry on top. Service was A1++++++++. They were very attentive. Super fast and thats why we tipped voluntarily. Thank you guys.”

“Great tasty food with a warming ambience. African food isnt always cooked well but I applaud the kitchen staff because I truely enjoyed the food. The only down side was that there were no cocktails of my choice but apart from that everyhing else was great. The DJ had me moving and the staff were very much welcoming. I would definitley be going back!”
