"Hand on heart the best fish and chips I've ever had. Made fresh while you wait. HOWEVER... £9.50 for a small cod n small chips with a can of coke is a lot imo. Bit overpriced however very nice fish."

"Hand on heart this has to be the best establishment in the area for fish and chips. They only use cod loin fillets and the flavour is outstanding. Chips were as I like them crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. Very little grease on my empty plate after I had finished eating . A highly recommend experience"

"This placed had a fairly bad reputation for its chips - certainly the worse I'd EVER had - so hadn't been back for a couple of years. But then recently heard it had new owners and my hopes of having a decent Fish & Chip option for a Sat night takeaway were raised...Only to be dashed by very greasy fish & equally rank chips which tasted as if they'd been cooked in the same smelly oil as on my previous visit years before! Shame."
