We visited many of the high street shops along Hatton Garden for a blue sapphire ring, but we were not satisfied with any of them considering the astonishing prices they charge. The customer service they provide you with is excellent... we had the pleasure of working with Sonya to find our perfect ring, and she sat with us and walked us through all the options we could consider. “I have a "name necklace" and the chain broke in an awkward place. The replacement chains are not easy to find, and I was looking at having to rebuy the whole necklace. Then I came across this shop while looking for jewellery repair shops. I took it along the next day and showed it to Steve. He told me to give him 30 minutes with it and when I came back it was fixed and looks brand new!!! Absolutely brilliant service and a great price! I was in the market for the Garmin MARQ Aviator and I was promptly served the watch and had it resized. All done quickly in less than half an hour. However, you'll stay longer to enjoy having a conversation with everyone. If you don't know what you want to get yet, they have a great selection of watches and everyone is knowledgable about the inventory that they have. Other pros: Great Accessibility. “I lost a small opal from a Vintage ring, and two other jewellers in Hatton Garden recommended Tobi Gem Setting for a repair. Tobi sourced a replacement opal and carried out the repair within a couple of days. They also cleaned the ring for me free of charge. I am absolutely delighted with the results and the repair charge was extremely reasonable. I have subsequently had the setting on a different ring tightened. The work was done within a couple of hours, and again the charge was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.”

Lots of time was taken, there was no rush which made my daughter, who was a little bit nervous, feel relaxed. When I informed Samara James they provided a next day courier service to collect the damaged ring and have completed two repairs over the past month.
