We needed a new shank for a ring that has a huge amount of sentimental value and was going to an engagement ring - Omar was able to advise on what was needed to repair the ring and reassured us that the repairs wouldn’t change the look of the ring. He did an absolutely phenomenal job - the ring looks stunning, and now that it’s been repaired we can see how insecure the diamonds were and how much more solid it feels now.
