Updated 2022: Have been using Hendy’s for a few years now and have always been very happy with their service. Of the many places I have had gone to for watch repair quotes, Hendy’s is the only place able to tackle them all - and if they can’t, nowhere else can. Always a fair price and excellent job done."

"Such wonderful service. I had a very precious ring which I needed resizing. Was so nervous to let out of my sight but they were so reassuring and kept my ring safe and resized it to a very high standard and perfect size for me. such a professional job was done and completed within 3 days. "Very small inside and I could not hear my assistant as there was another customer talking to another assistant and the 2 of them drowned out any chance I had of hearing what I was being told. They were helpful, but if they had asked me to leave my damaged ring and get a fixed price I would have, but instead I was given a ballpark repair cost and asked if I wanted to think about it? So I went elsewhere and got a fixed price which was a shame as I have brought from this shop before and drove 10 miles to specifically go there."
