"The experience we had at Hatton Garden Diamond was so amazing. We had a bad experience with a different ring company which unfortunately ended with us receiving a faulty ring and bad customer service, after we had finally received our refund it was time to shop for a new ring. My Partner and I were very nervous to go out and find a new ring incase we had another experience like the previous, we walked into Hatton Garden Diamond and was greeted by Steven, we explained what has happened to him and he straight away showed so much empathy to our situation. He went out of his way to help us pick out our dream ring explaining all the ins and outs and making us feel incredibly at ease from the very start, they put a rush on our ring as we were going to visit my family who I hadn’t seen in ages and understandably wanted my ring to go away with.
