On this occassion I needed some questions answering on two different product ranges and the staff were both polite and very helpful and stopped what they were doing to advise, offer clear product knowledge and didn’t seem like it was bother to them to assist! Very pleasant experience and great to see staff well-trained in order to be able to deliver knowledgable customer services!”

But when I purchased and paid for it I found my WC is fully cracked but as the item was available. I got my evening exchanged quickly. Very reliable store for indoor purchase.
