"Went to buy a modular sofa, the standard configuration didn't fit so we asked to remove one piece from the set. Were then told it would cost an extra £150!! The cheek! Very little help getting a reasonable price, probably due to their pricing models (which are dumb). You'll lose so many sales as a result, so why not change it? Found the same sofa on their website, a 5% code with a a basic Google search. Plus extra discount from both Topcashback and Quidco. This saved us over £200! We're giving the extra piece that won't fit to the British Heart Foundation, plus some extra items. They wonder why shop are struggling??? This is why everyone goes online now. Sort this out people, otherwise we'll have no shops left..."
"Left disappointed. On our first visit had given our number to a member of staff who never called us back in 2 weeks. We returned to the store and staff were polite but totally inflexible on discount. In the end, got a great discount and cashback direct from head office call centre (over £300 cheaper than in-store)."
