On this occassion I needed some questions answering on two different product ranges and the staff were both polite and very helpful and stopped what they were doing to advise, offer clear product knowledge and didn’t seem like it was bother to them to assist! “I love the Eames EA117 chair. I got it in black Italian leather, It is comfortable, the chair is very good quality, and it was delivered on time. This is our second Eames office chair acquisition; we also have the Eames EA217. I think the EA117 is more elegant/better looking than the EA217 but If you are looking for something super mega comfortable, I advise you to go for the EA217 (padded office chair). We are very happy with both models and I don’t regret at all getting this chair. Also I highly recommend Swivel website. It was very easy to place the order and you can track the order process on their website.”

“They are fashion and homeware retailer, rivalling TK Max. This brunch is located in The Mall shopping centre. They are plenty is restaurants near buy to a little treat afterwards. There is good foot traffic, to entice you. Inside the shop there is plenty of space not a lot of products to cover the area but at least there is room for when you have to browse in store. Decent selection of products in store, there is option to pay by card near the exit and they also have click and collect services”

Gave it one more try lo and behold it worked. Someone - no one admitted it-had touched the spin cycle button and reduced the speed. Tail between my legs I called to cancel the order.
