The staff at the hotel and also the Beefeater are lovely, friendly and creates a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a local feeling, despite being in a heavily industrialised area. Very warm and welcoming and will stay again. The restaurant itself was closed but the bar was open and we were invited to use the bar area for ordering in a delivery, as were the other guests. It worked really well.”

“I do enjoy David Lloyd mainly due to Tennis. This made a big difference in my life and improve my mental and physical health. I took some great tennis coaching session with Dean which had improved my game a lot and I do enjoy tennis lesson. Spa is not the biggest but well maintained and clean, swimming pool with high ceiling looks nice. Yoga and blaze are the best when it comes to work out and stretch. So you can always find something to do.”

“Stayed for the night with my partner and we were both very happy with the facilities and service at the hotel. The receptionists were very welcoming and the checkin was quick and easy. Natasha was very helpful in explaining where everything was and helped us in finding some extra coffee. The room was clean and spacious and the beds comfy. Overall a pleasant stay.”

We ordered or food using the QR code and received amazing service and food. Dray went above and beyond to make our visit the best we have ever had at Pizza Hut. Thank you for lovely experience. “We just stayed here it’s not too busy at the moment which is great and we got a lovely price for what’s here. Lovely food, room and spa. There’s a lot to explore definitely not a boring hotel. Room was clean and had a comfy bed compared to some other hotels also has a piano in the reception too.”

“I’ve never reviewed anywhere before but I have to say I had my gender scan with Mohamed yesterday and the whole thing was a great experience. He was so patient and friendly, didn’t rush through the scan, made us feel very welcome and even give some extra videos and photos which we were not expecting. Will definitely be coming to him again for anymore private scans as usually other places rush you, he actually gave us a long in depth scan explaining everything. Would definitely recommend this place.”

“One of the best kebab places ive tried, including haringay! Amazing for kent and surrounding areas. The other place which i coincidentally found out was theres, is SUTTON GRILL! Both amazing food and consistent! I get the three combo kebab and its moist, well cooked and flavoured and the portion can easily feed two people! Wow. Guys here are super friendly and always welcoming. Order ahead as they are ALWAYS busy and never seen less than 10 people in the shop and people are always spilling out of onto the pavement. At the end of a long shift she still has a smile on her face and as a result brought one to ours too. Nothing was too much trouble and Hannah even put some fresh pork on for our burrito. Hannah is a credit to your team and will be the reason we return to tortilla at bluewater. Daniella also gave some fantastic customer service and served us at the till with a smile to finish off our visit. What a great team you have at bluewater ensuring customers feel special and will return.”
