“I have been coming to this salon religiously for over 1 year, every 4 weeks. I cannot praise the team enough for their outstanding skill and customer service. Everyone is so lovely and able to answer any and all questions regarding their services and make honest recommendations. I first came in by chance to get acrylics removed, and was recommended to start using bio gel due to now damaged my nails were, and since then my natural nails are half an inch long and extremely healthy. I’ve also had my eyelashes done by Thalia and I must say they were the most beautiful lashes using the best products / material, by far the best lash extensions me or anyone else has had. I’ve just had my first facial to start my clear skin journey and the recommendations / information given to me is one of a kind. It’s rare to find people in the beauty industry who really care about how things look / feel for customers however the nail & beauty shop is a rare gem, who never recommend the most expensive service but instead recommend things that work for you. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, however it is 100% worth it plus there’s always reggaeton or Latin music in the background to vibe to :)”

“From the moment we walked into the Guildford showroom three weeks ago, to when we placed our order yesterday, we had the pleasure of being looked after by Alejandra Rangel. She immediately put us at ease and did not try to sell us anything- never felt under pressure to buy anything at any stage - and yet, we felt we wanted to engage and buy BO products as she was so knowledgeable, approachable, professional and friendly. Alejandra manages the show room I believe, only knew that from her emails - her passion and ability to genuinely care regards buying the right sofa and rug was very empowering. Using her experience and knowledge allowed Alejandra to help us with dimensions, best fit, best material too - the fact we ended up buying a smaller sofa than we originally wanted by showing us what we would end up with using the excellent in-house technology, speaks volumes for her skills and integrity. She managed to be tenacious enough to show she cared and not too aggressive to be off putting - a great skill to have. Her passion for the products, the company and doing a first class job shone through. Having visited several BO stores over the past six months, Alejandra was the sole reason that we finally concluded a purchase. Excellent interaction and all round experience. Thank you”

“Dawn at the Guildford showroom was great. She knew the products, answered all our questions, gave her informed opinion when asked and was not at all pushy to achieve a sale. Both visits (the second after looking at colours and sizes) were a delight and the showroom is very impressive. “I brought my dog in after he had been attacked by another dog. I was in shock and the receptionists were FANTASTIC, they jumped into action straight away and made sure both me and my boy were okay. The vet and the nurse were also fantastic! Our dog has severe issues at the vets, which added to my concern in the situation (and his, most likely!) but they were so very kind and patient with him. It ended up being not too bad of a wound, and I can't express how grateful I am to them for helping both him and myself in a really stressful situation. I was a bit of a mess when I arrived and was MUCH calmer by the end of the visit, which is entirely down to the wonderful staff being so attentive and caring with my boy. Based on this visit, I could not recommend Alder's enough :)”

“Wonderful brunch with friends here on Sunday. They have plenty of seating, some fantastic breakfast/brunch options and really speedy and friendly service. Coffee was also good so we were very impressed with our visit and will definitely return to check out the champagne brunch deal (any breakfast dish, glass of champagne and juice or coffee for £17.95) Tip- if you’re driving into town then it’s best to park at the Castle Street or Sydenham Road car park and wander down to the restaurant.”

Would highly recommend this practice. He was firstly treated by Vets Now at Stockton by Nick and Hannah who were amazing and then handed over to another vet whose name I forget unfortunately and Meryl. They were all incredible and we will be eternally grateful for their support and expertise”

I'm reasonably aware of how cars work, yet still have that fear, that through ignorance, I'll end up getting ripped off. They actually told me not to get a couple of advisories fixed, because they really weren't necessary at the moment and it would have blown my budget. That kind of service is a proper gem to find. I fully recommend, even though i might have to wait a bit if it makes them busy!”

My only complaint would be there are no foods catering for people with dietary requirements. However that is a nit pick. I've brought my kids here many times and we always have a really good time.”

My youngest loved the baby part and eldest loved the waves. Only let down it smells like chlorine, but expected. Eyes gets a bit sensitive.”
