I cannot praise all the staff highly enough - both in the hotel and the Brewer's Fayre next door - for their helpfulness, politeness and professionalism, especially Judith on Reception. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and great value for families with the kids eat free deal :-) You won't be disappointed here - do give it try!”

“I was disappointed that there was no lift, as women travelling alone are always put on the top floor for some reason. My room was also the first one from the stairs. Fortunately I was only disturbed but one group of people shouting along the corridor. My main complaint, though, was the freezing cold water coming from the shower. When I mentioned this to the receptionist as I left, she told me I should have informed reception. When I said I'm not sure how when I was in the shower, she just said "oh". Update to previous review: I stayed here last weekend and it felt completely different to last time. The day before I arrived, one of the receptionists, Megan, rang to check if there was anything in particular that I required for my room. I have been staying in Premier Inns for years and have stayed in loads of them and this has never happened before. She asked if I was coming for a special occasion and I mentioned it was my birthday the previous day and that I was visiting my daughter. When I arrived in my room, I found a box of chocolates, a can of lager and a small bottle of sparkling wine, along with a card and birthday message from the hotel. I thought this was such a lovely thing to do. Megan deserves a special mention because she was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay.”

“Brilliant, friendly servic, even helped carry to the car! Everything I wanted in stock and great guidance on product instalation They also do ditra mat by the metre in store without ordering online. I was in another local tile shop that didnt have items I wanted and was twice the price on the items they did have. Will be back evry time.”

“Ravi at Epsom Cars was efficient from start to finish for our return booking to and from Heathrow Airport. We were a party of 4 with full luggage and we had a very early morning pick up. We were reassured by receiving a text at 4.45am to let us know our taxi was on its way. We were delayed on our return journey to Heathrow and also at passport control but our taxi was there waiting for us. We wouldn't hesitate recommending this company and will be using them again”

“Having trawled round all the big named furniture stores in Croydon and Guildford, we found our new sofas practically on our doorstep. The Epsom branch has way more stock on show than I'd thought. The staff were helpful but not remotely pushy, leaving us to browse and consider our purchase. They also let us take swatch books home overnight to see fabrics in situ. We were kept informed on delivery lead times, and the delivery team were really helpful, efficient and Covid safe. I thoroughly recommend and would go there first next time!”

“I needed new wiper blades for my 2017 Renault Captur and had been told by two well known national service organisations that they could not get the correct items and that Renault had probably changed the spec. I contacted Wilson spares department and explained my problem to Owen. He found the parts and reserved them for me. I went there next day, the parts were waiting and a techie fitted them in a few minutes. Obviously there had been no change in spec. Excellent service from what was clearly a very busy department.”

“Absolute lovely staff. Gemma looked after my two cats very well. Lia in reception was lovely to speak to and even went ahead putting the details on the system for the chipped cat - saving time! Had both cats nailed clipped and one cat chipped. Would definitely recommend and go to again. Thanks girls!”

“Took my car for a full service, warm welcome on arrival and the process was explained to me clearly. Called for an update later in the day and spoke to a lovely lady who gave me a time update. The gentleman looking after my car, Joe, called not long after and I collected my car with all paperwork prepared. Joe was super friendly and professional throughout, would highly recommend.”
