Friendly in Watford

“I just wanted to drop you all a quick note and especially Richard for your fantastic help and support in my hour of need. Last week whilst on furlough, I decided to try and un-block my downstairs cloakroom sink and what was meant to be an easy job, turned into a situation whereby my whole pop-up plug assembly and u bend needing replacing. I phoned your good selves and spoke to a very helpful and polite lady and explained my DIY dilemma. The lady assured me not to worry and that she would get Richard to call me back. Richard called me back within 5 minutes and told me to come down to your premises and he would help me out. Cut a long story short, Richard was extremely helpful, polite and got all of the parts that I needed, talked me through reassembly and said he would be available to talk to on the phone if I had any issues when putting everything back together. His help and advice was spot on and I got the job done. Richard observed all of the correct precautionary anti - Covid 19 government advice throughout my visit, which was even more reassuring. I felt that the least that I could do would be to take 5 minutes to thank Brands Of Watford for being open, Richard for being at work and for his brilliant service and assistance! Please pass the content of this email on to Richard and please feel free to use it for any promotional activity that you practice. I wish you all well in these very worrying times. “Massive superstore with every conceivable item you could possibly ever want ranging from frozen food to fresh fruit and vegetables to clothes and tableware and more I really like the fact that within this store there is a McDonalds. Lottery Kiosk, Hair Salon, Card and Gift Shop, Dry Cleaning and toilets. Also the staff here are so friendly, polite and helpful which made a really enjoyable shopping experience. Huge car park with plenty of free parking and a petrol station too. Highly recommended.”

“Very beautiful hotel! The staff are very very helpful and friendly. If we needed any assistance the receptionist and the other staff as well helped us out very happily. We had breakfast for 2 days and there is a variety of food, from a Croissant to cornflakes. Absolutely loved the place!”

“We had excellent service from Linda. The furniture is really high quality and the staff were very helpful and knowlegable. We had time, space and help to make our decision. We were guided through options and felt we were being helped to find the sofa that meets our needs and our budget, there was no pressure or upselling. A really positive experience. There is a long lead time on delivery, but we feel that has been clearly communicated to us in an upfront way. We know how to get in touch if we need to and what to expect regarding communications during manufacture and delivery. We are really looking forward to getting our lovely sofas.”

“Went into game Shop in Watford , purely for either a new Xbox controller or the new Xbox , and for some reason I asked the manager of the store Syed about the ps5 , and he knew everything there is to know about games and the difference’s all the consoles have ext , and he went through it all with me took time to go through it all with me , I left the shopping centre and spoke with my mrs and then turnd back purely because of how much time and how genuine Syed was.”

“I went in over the weekend with my boyfriend, he needed a suit for his graduation. We looked at suits that were on display however we couldnt pick one we liked, we then was served by Samir who showed us sample cloths on tailor me range and we found the perfect colour. Awsome customer service and a great team! They were really helpful even though we walked in without an appointment. Thank you Watford Moss Bros!”

“I always enjoy the pizza, but i want to comment on the customer service i received. I am at a friends house and accidentally placed an order to my own home. I called watford dominos and asked them to change the address. I spoke to Renu who kindly advised me that the watford branch did not cover the area i am in. She called the bushey branch for me and placed the order there. Very efficient and friendly.”

“Really lovely staff, so welcoming. Receptionists are always very friendly on every visit I come to. I had my reassurance, gender, and anomaly scan here. The sonographer who scanned me always made me feel comfortable. Honestly, I would always go here for another scan I will need in Watford ❤️”
