"Tried ordering food for staff at my venue. I am not present on site. Delivery driver said “but I’m on double yellow lines” then kept on going quiet when I tried to explain about me not physically being there. I said I’d call the staff to let them know to go outside then call him back. He agreed. Didn’t pick up. Didn’t respond to messages. Tried calling domino’s direct. Phone rang out. I have no idea where my £40 order is."

"Ordered a cheese pizza for lunch. Pizza came with virtually no cheese because they hadn't popped the bubbles. 3 huge areas with no cheese. Came back and they remade. Whilst I waited no one answered the phone despite it ringing non stop. Guess they don't want any business."

"I always enjoy the pizza, but i want to comment on the customer service i received. I am at a friends house and accidentally placed an order to my own home. I called watford dominos and asked them to change the address. I spoke to Renu who kindly advised me that the watford branch did not cover the area i am in. She called the bushey branch for me and placed the order there. Very efficient and friendly."
