They are very professional, patient, supportive and their knowledge is second to none! Starting from a position of being scared to go in the pool, now I look forward to learning new skills and progress every single time I attend. Definitely, never too late to learn. Others have mentioned the place being cold inside; I thought it was cool, but not cold, but worth bearing in mind if you're the type to feel the cold more and take a cardi! Prices were reasonabl - about as I would realistically expect for dining out in 2023. A most enjoyable evening.”

Until I could see light at the end of that tunnel, and my life was getting better and better. Then we both agreed that I was ready to stop counselling. This was difficult for me at first, as I actually looked forward to my weekly sessions. But it was time to move on. But sometimes if I felt myself drifting back to the bad times, I would sit quietly, and think, what would Lauren say to me. It’s used by myself and my partner for prescriptions, I recently had to collect a bee type of inhaler - the pharmacist took me right through it making sure I understood the process. Stockists of perfume, aftershave, hairspray, hair products, men’s bathroom shizzle, etc etc. There’s also a weight machine should you wish to use it.”
