“Nice bright layout. Great for breakfast, and not too pricy, even if you choose you own combination of items. Booths are nice for the kids, and there are toilets handy too. Convenient location near a few other options in case it is busy. I don't try to drive and park here though, more a late morning walk, or plenty of buses.”

“I had the Pani Puri, lamb chops and Saag Paneer. I've never had Pani Puri before but I would definitely recommend it in this restaurant, you put the spicy water into the ball with the chickpea and potato, then eat the hole thing in one bite. It's an excellent starter, I'll have it again the next time I visit.”

“Fast Service and pleasant staff. We all know of their tea, but their coffee yes kadak coffee is amazing. Strong yet smooth and a delight to drink sip by sip. The other amazing item is chocolate chai mouse it is heavenly mousse, the exquisite taste and melting in the mouth. It is a must try for all chocolate and mousse lovers but worth a try for all others. Enjoy. SEHER is a star, top staff in Chaiwalla. What a pleasant service from her.”

“Tasty food at a low price. Veggies in my Red Thai Curry were fresh and crunchy, generous portion of beef meat. Overall a yummy coconutty dish. Tom Yum soup was also good. Portion sizes are big. I ordered through Uber Eats and the food was in 20 minutes on my plate. I will order from this place again.”

“This caf is run by three brothers. It's very clean, and has great food. The pesto sauce on the salad is home made by one of the brothers. I highly recommend it! Service is excellent.”

“We really enjoyed our first meal at Crispy Dosa. We ordered pani poori, bhel poori, Mysore Dosa and mix veg uthappam. Service was excellent, food was delicious, and the portions just right. Our daughter (4) and son (10months) liked the pani poori and uthappam best (their first time having these dishes). Dad's dosa was too spicy for them but was enjoyed by the adults so quickly I didn't take a picture! Atmosphere has a nice chilled out canteen vibe, and we were the only table at the time.”

“We went in about late afternoon/early evening without a booking, Manager Matthew, although very busy was very accommodating and said he would get us a table in an hour despite a notice on the door to say that as it's Mother's Day, they were sorry they could not accommodate walk in customers. We went back in an hour and were given a table and the most courteous of service from the manager as well as Courtney, a very charming and efficient and friendly server. She was attentive and treated us very well. What a lovely first experience at this Mitchel's & Butlers chain. Thank you Matthew and Courtney for your attentive and friendly service. Will definitely recommend and the food was good and piping hot as well. This is with the fact that it was quite busy with many tables waiting to be served. Well done and thank you again. This is a cafe run by a Syrian expat whose attention to detail is nothing less than what you might expect in a top restaurant in the city. Granted this is all done in a take away container, but the quality and quantity of food is amazing. Dare I say this is almost the best Syrian food I have had on this side of London.”

“Family of 4 with young children we are. Carvery Sunday lunch which was great value for money! The turkey, gammon and roast beef were beautiful and juicy. good selection of vegetables to choose from. Roast potatoes were nice crispy and not over baked. children loved softplay area of course! Happy parents with drink and lunch easy supervised from table area. 20 children max for softplay area if busy they do one hour slot for enter softplay. and socks need as usual rule of other softplay facility. We spend 1.5hs to eat and couple drinks. ealy lunch is better to let play children and eat. after 1:30/2pm getting busy for Suday lunch. We'll be back for our Carvery lunch soon! Thanks for Eddie who look after guests and keep safe and clean softplay area for family!”
